From directorYash Chopra comes a romance film called JabTakHaiJaan. This story follows Samar Anand (Shah Rukh Khan) living a double life – as a twenty-something musician who lives and works in London, he meets and falls in love with Khushi  (Katrina Kaif). But we also see Samar  as an army officer who is in love with a young documentary film maker – Akira (Anushka Sharma). This is Chopra’s 22^nd and final movie – he died of cardiac failure on 21 October 2012.

Comedy lovers should check out ‘It’s Rocking Dard-E-Disco’; a story of two brothers who work for their dad in his florist shop but have dreams of opening their own night club as cool as Dard-E-Disco.

Disco king (DK) played by BappiLahiri has created a big name for himself in the business of disco. However the Powder Gang – led by Powderbhai (Shakti Kapoor) and Musclebhai (Razak Khan) are trying to deal drugs in Dard-E-Disco.

The Powder Gang kidnap DK and the two brothers – Rambo Singh (Aryaman) and Rocky Singh (Akshay) see the kidnapping as the end of their dream, so decide to risk everything and go to their idol DK’s rescue, aided by their girlfriends Rituparna Den Gupta and SnehaUllal.

DK rewards them for their dedication and bravery and makes them his business partners. He also belives in love, forgiveness and compassion so he forgives his kidnappers the Powder Gang and gives them the chance to be good citizens again.

Talaash is a crime thriller that opens at the end of the month. Surjan Singh Shekhawat (Aamir Khan) is a policeman who’s so entrenched in solving a case that it’s affecting his marriage with Sunaina (Rani). At that moment a hooker called Rosy (Kareena) comes into his life. All three get entangled in a mystery that links their lives together.

Setup in Delhi this movie gives the actual flavour of the middle class Punjabi family. Vicky Arora a young, good looking and the only son of his widow mother is finds himself as last of the few of the Aryan race with the highest sperm count. Directed in the Lajpat Nagar and other areas of New Delhi. This movie picks up the issue of sperm donation and conveys the message  with the utter ease keeping the comic quotient up high at all points.

Dr Baldev Chadha(Annu Kapoor) a fertility expert and owner of a sperm bank who promises to provide the best sperms for the childless couples. But much to his problems his success rate is very less as donors have low sperm count. That’s when he crashes into Vicky Arora and on searching his family history he gets to know about him being of the Aryan race. Dr Chadha starts to stalk Vicky to convince him to donate his sperms. Vicky is hesitant to do it because of the reputation he may get if this news leaks into the society. On the other hand he starts to fall in love with a girl in the bank Ashima Roy(Yami Gautam) who is a self employed woman. he tries to woo her and becomes successful till he knows that she is a divorcee. He marries her and they are happy until one day Ashima gets to know about Vicky’s earlier job and also that she is infertile herself. Later Dr Chadha gifts the couple a child whose parents had died in an accident and they live happily.

They meet again after a gap of 2 years this time in Paris. This time again they set out to visit Paris together and spend a night together where Nikhil confesses about his love. But Lalitha gets to know about Nikhil’s infidelity and wants to hurt him.so they break up that day itself. Their next meeting happens to be in NewYork after a leap of 5 years and they get together once more to wander in the streets of New York. This time Lalitha breaks the news of her marriage and shifting to Mumbai to Nikhil. The next morning Lalitha leaves him heartbroken. Nikhil later finds out from the church where marriage was supposed to take place that Lalitha had called off the wedding. Then he goes back to her house and they get back together this time forever.

He thinks of leaving the crime scene and settling down with his lady love but ACP wouldn’t let him he do it. Threatening him to expose his crime life to Jhanvi, Sonu continues to serve ACP. From diesel to dancing girls, the families have a war on everything. Aftab Qureshi (Ratan Singh Rathore) the head of Qureshi family and Surya Chauhan (Anil Rastogi) being the leader of the Chauhans.

Amidst all this chaos, Parma Chauhan(Arjun Kapoor) a spoiled, fearless and rowdy boy trying to prove his worth in the eyes of his Grandfather the leader of the Chauhans. He could do anything and everything. From hijacking the party at Qureshis and picking up Chanda to Entering into Qureshi’s bungalow at night to meet their daughter Zoya Qurershi (Parineeti Chopra) another bold and fearless girl grown up in a political family with 2 elder brothers. A girl who happily trades her golden earrings for a revolver and dreams to be a MLA. Parma tricks Zoya in believing that he loves her and he wants to marry her. He organises a fake marriage so that he could get evidences with which he can destroy the image of the Qureshi’s because of an inter-relagious marriage. He gets pictures clicked and gets them distributed resulting in the loss of Qureshi’s and he becoming star in the eyes of his grandfather. On the other side, angry Zoya swears revenge against Parma and tries to shoot him when shes caught by Parma’s mother who then sacrifices herself for Zoya and takes promise from Parma that he will protect her from every danger. Both the families to protect their reputation goes against the two of them. Dodging and avoiding every danger Zoya and Parma find themselves surrounded by both the families and decide to die from each other’s hand rather than anyone else’s bullet. Soaked in blood on the roof of their college Zoya and Parma lie dead leaving their love story immortal.

The basic storyline of the movie remains the same with Vijay Dinanath Chauhan (Hrithik Roshan) being the son of a school master(Chetan Pandit) who is brutally murdered by Mandwa’s criminal lord Kanch Cheena(Sanjay Dutt). The 12 year old Vijay, with his widowed mother (Zarina Wahab), leaves the village of Mandwa with the keen resolution to avenge for his late father. He then meets with another mean criminal mind Rauf Lala (Rishi Kapoor) who trains him to meet his so called vow. This is different from the oldie and the character is a replacement of Krishnan Iyer M.A. to make the movie darker; but yet truly remarkable. This performance of Rishi Kapoor is one shade of his acting side which you might not have seen till date and which leaves such a mind-blowing impact as a supporting actor on viewer’s mind.

When the audience begins to watch the movie, they have doubts regarding the epic and ever-lasting role played by Amitabh Bachchan but as the movie proceeds to its climax, they only utter “Hrithik maintained the reign of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan”; and so does the complete crew of Agneepath. After what happened to Don 1, it was a well questionable challenge to Karan Johar for deciding to go for the remake of his father’s one of the epic and atleast meet the standard image of Vijay set 20 years ago. He not only excelled with Karan Malhotra, the director, but also set in front of all the moviemakers how antiques are taken care of.

Sanjay Dutt, whose looks have been the talking sensation right from when the promos of the movie were out, redefined the character Kancha Cheena. The hysterical laughter and guffaws, that a few points of times seem to be overly delivered, add up to the cold-hearted brutality shown in his character. His devilish figure kind of suppresses the macho personality of Hrithik confusing the junta with the question “How Vijay will be dealing with this monster?” which makes the climax much more thrilling.

The role played by Priyanka Chopra as Kaali can be termed as functional but yet non-dismissible. Although the romantic songs portrayed were not the demand of the movie, still they get along quite easily as they are short and two. The item number “Chkini Chameli” spiced up by the sexy Katrina Kaif with her super-energetic dance moves is really rocking the music charts apart from being a treat to the eye. Unlike most of the Bollywood masala these days that start explosively and loose its pace and grip by the end, Agneepath stays in consistency to its banging start and proceeds with adding more and more thrill and excitement.

To sum up, Agneepath is a true homage to Agneepath!!! Those who like to watch light, happy go lucky movies and that charming image of Hrithik undoubtedly would not appreciate it but those who really are looking for a totally incredible performance in acting, screenplay and all, the movie is a must watch. Each and every character has performed exceptionally well giving the Indian film industry a grand opening for the year along with placing itself among the top blockbusters of the this year

Ferrari Ki Sawaari basically revolves around the unique stories of a child, a father and a grandfather. A young boy (Nilesh Divekar) dreams of playing cricket at the Lord’s one day. His father (Sharman Joshi), a simple middle class man, wants to do his best to fulfil his son’s dream. The rest of the story follows with the stealing of a Ferrari and a joy ride that follows.

Another attractive feature of this film is undoubtedly Vidya Balan’s debut as an item girl being featured in the item song ‘Mala Jao Dya Na Ghari’, although the number will be based on a more aesthetic rather than sexy note. She will be seen performing genuine Lavani steps for the song ‘Mala Jao Dya Na Ghari’ with a group of Kohlapur dancers in Marathi attire. Lavani, a combination of traditional song and dance and noted for its powerful rhythm and erotic sentiment, is a popular dance form of Maharashtra and some other south Indian States.

Earlier, Vidhu Vinod Chopra had announced his next film, i.e. Ferrari ki Sawaari, right after the release of 3 Idiots.However, according to an industry source , the reason behind the delay of ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ is believed to be Ekta Kapoor’s released Marathi film ‘Taaryanche Bait’ (meaning ‘An Island of Stars’), which is supposed to have a similar storyline. However, producer Chopra is now ready with the film with the script edited and has now rescheduled to release it on April 27 this year. It is supposed to be the first big movie to open during the fourth season of Indian Premier League.

‘Ferrari ki Sawaari’ embraces a story of unconditional love between father and son, and is led by a not-so-big-star cast. Bollywood certainly holds a name for releasing the maximum number of films in a year. But what matters is that how has the film been able to perform in the box office.
